Delivery
Binder Boss aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours for domestic orders and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped outside the Philippines territory can sometimes take up to 7 days via EMS Express delivery; depending on the holdup they may receive in customs.
Returns/Replacement
We do not allow replacement or refund because of change of mind. Please read our terms and conditions provided as a guide before you place an order. We will not accept returns of goods except where the goods are deemed to be faulty.
Shipping Couriers
Domestic orders are shipped via Xend or LBC Express (1-2 business days).
International orders are shipped via EMS (5-7 business days).
How do I track my package?
For domestic orders, you can track your package at xend.com.ph and/or lbcexpress.com.
For international orders, you can track your package at phlpost.gov.ph.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
